AulaSys（The Most Satisfying 運営、以下「当サービス」）は以下の情報を収集します。

お問い合わせフォーム：お名前、メールアドレス、スクール・スタジオ名、メッセージ内容。

サービス利用データ：Cloudflare を通じて取得される標準的なアクセスログ（IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報など）。

生徒データについて：学校・スタジオが AulaSys に入力する生徒情報は、学校・スタジオが管理するデータです。当サービスはそのデータを処理する立場（データ処理者）であり、所有・管理する立場ではありません。生徒ご本人が自身のデータについて開示・訂正・削除を希望される場合は、ご利用の学校・スタジオへ直接お問い合わせください。

2. 利用目的

収集した情報は、お問い合わせへの返信、サービスの提供・改善、および法令に基づく対応に利用します。第三者へのデータ販売は行いません。

3. 第三者への提供

以下のサービスプロバイダーとデータを共有する場合があります。

Stripe：決済処理（プライバシーポリシー）

Cloudflare：ホスティング・CDN・DNS（プライバシーポリシー）

4. データの保持

お問い合わせデータはサービス提供に必要な期間保持します。削除をご希望の場合は合理的な期間内に対応いたします。

1. Information We Collect

AulaSys (operated by The Most Satisfying, "we", "us") collects the following information.

Contact form: Your name, email address, school or studio name, and message.

Usage data: Standard access logs collected via Cloudflare (IP address, browser type, etc.).

Student data: Student information entered into AulaSys by school operators is controlled by those operators. We process that data on their behalf as a data processor and do not own or control it. If you are a student and wish to access, correct, or delete your data, please contact the school or studio you attend directly — they are the data controller.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cloudflare: Hosting, CDN, and DNS (Privacy Policy)

4. Data Retention

Contact and inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to provide support. Upon request, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe.

Japan (APPI): You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time.

California (CCPA): California residents may request to know, delete, or opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
