AulaSys（The Most Satisfying 運営）は、スクール・スタジオ向けのクラス・生徒管理ソフトウェアをSaaS形式で提供します。
本サービスはスクール・スタジオの管理者を対象としています。アカウント情報の管理はご自身の責任において行ってください。第三者への不正なアクセス付与は禁止します。
料金はご利用プランに応じて月次で自動課金されます。初期設定費用（¥10,000）は申込時に一度だけ請求されます。価格は事前に通知のうえ変更される場合があります。
解約はいつでも可能です。解約後は当月末まで引き続きサービスをご利用いただけます。月次課金のため、日割り返金はございません。
スクール・スタジオがプラットフォームに入力する生徒データの管理責任は、スクール・スタジオ側にあります。AulaSysはそのデータを処理する立場であり、所有・管理する立場ではありません。スクールはデータ保護に関する適用法令を遵守する責任を負います。
以下の行為を禁止します：不法なコンテンツの保存・送信、サービスへの不正アクセスや妨害行為、他の利用者へのハラスメント、書面による許可のないサービスの再販・転用。
本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。当サービスは、サービスの中断、データの損失、または間接的損害について、法令の定める範囲を超えた責任を負いません。
当サービスは、事前に通知を行ったうえで、機能の変更・終了を行う場合があります。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争については日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

AulaSys (operated by The Most Satisfying) provides cloud-based class and student management software for independent schools and studios.
The service is intended for school and studio administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sharing access with unauthorized third parties is not permitted.
Fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. A one-time setup fee (¥10,000) is charged at signup. Prices may change with advance notice.
You may cancel at any time. Service remains available through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
You retain ownership and control of all student data you enter into the platform. AulaSys processes that data on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents from your students.
You agree not to: store or transmit unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt the service; harass other users; or resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AulaSys is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages.
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable advance notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
